About ‘Perspective in a Nutshell’

Hi there, I’m Vanessa - leadership advisor, executive coach, and a lifelong passionate student of human potential.

Perspective in a Nutshell is my biweekly newsletter exploring future-ready leadership, personal transformation, and real-life inspiration. It’s written for leaders - whether you’re currently an executive, on your way there, or simply committed to leading yourself and others with greater depth and clarity.

Every two weeks, I share:

  • One edition inspired by a book- distilling timeless ideas from leadership, psychology, spirituality, and business into modern-day leadership insights

  • One edition grounded in real-world leadership trends - drawing from emerging themes across industries, research, and my broader experience working alongside senior leaders navigating change, growth, and transformation.

My hope is to offer reflections that are grounded, personal, and relevant to the real challenges of leadership and growth.

You might enjoy this space if you're someone who values:

  • Further developing the inner game of leadership (clarity, self-trust, energy)

  • Building cultures rooted in trust, curiosity, and adaptability

  • Staying grounded while preparing for what’s next—especially in an age of rapid change and AI

Thanks again for being here.

Let’s keep exploring, learning, and leading - one nutshell at a time.

With love,

Vanessa
